Only what you give us. When you send an enquiry, request a quote through the Design Studio, or send us a materials list, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the suburb or site address, and whatever you tell us about the work. Nothing is collected from you automatically beyond ordinary web server logs.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange a site visit, and carry out work you instruct us to do. We also keep records of quotes and jobs for our own accounting and warranty purposes.
Nobody, except where it is necessary to do the work — for example a sub-contractor or supplier who needs a delivery address. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not share them with marketing companies.
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for two years. Records of completed work are kept for five years, as required for tax and warranty purposes.
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website host, and delivered to our email. Our website is served over HTTPS.
Under POPIA you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@dlkilifa.co.za or phone +27 21 017 4119 and we will act on it. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. The Design Studio and the materials shop save your work in your own browser's local storage so you do not lose it — that stays on your device and we cannot read it. If Google Ads tracking is active, Google may set cookies subject to its own policy.
